Thus, the structure of a dissertation consists of the following parts:

The language of your dissertation should be academic, that is your dissertation should sound academic. There is no place for colloquialisms, slangy words, etc.

You should follow specific structure of a dissertation (the structure of a dissertation is described above).

More than that, you should not forget about the deadlines when you are to hand in your dissertation. Since it is a very time-consuming task, you should start working on it as early as possible.
